What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. However, if your office pod has been customized, it cannot be returned.
Do I need permits for my yard office?
Yes. While our offices are designed for a simplified setup with most requiring only a single electrical hookup to your home electrical panel, most municipalities do require an electrical installation permit at a minimum. Some municipalities may require additional permits based on local zoning, but if the unit remains unattached from the primary structure, permitting should be streamlined and can be managed by your general contractor or by contacting your local city planning/development office.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most products ship within 6-8 weeks of your order date.

How easy is installation?
Installation is designed to be easy, but we recommend working with a local general contractor to ensure installation is as smooth as intended. The main consideration is ensuring your pod is level and anchored correctly and that your electircal hookup meets all permit/code requirements for your municipality.
